Vuković Motorsport has unveiled further details about the Renault Mégane TCR that has been designed and built by the Switzerland-based company upon authorization from Renault Sport.
The car has been developed to optimize the chassis qualities of the production model for a ultimate racing use. The combination of the standard suspension layout with the chassis optimization on torsion and strength provides a large set up potential.
The front aerodynamics generates the right level of downforce with fresh air intake for the engine, while at the back attention has been given to minimize the drag.
A number of key technical partners has joined: BOSCH Motorsport for the electronics, 3 MO for the transmission, KW for the suspension, OZ Wheels for the rims and Lehmann Motorentechnik for the development of the 1.8-litre engine in racing specifications.
While intensive work is carried out in the Sankt Margrethen workshop, Vuković Motorsport has launched a website www.vukovic-motorsport.com that offers information and pictures; the portal will also be used to manage customer orders.
