The TCR Benelux will kick off this weekend at Spa-Francorchamps with an illustrious guest: Tiago Monteiro.
The former F1 racer, a Honda factory driver in the World Touring Car Championship, will be driving a Civic TCR for Boutsen Ginion Racing. As the event format provides one 60-minute qualifying race and four 20-minute sprint races, the Portuguese will share the car with Stéphane Lémeret.
The entry list for the TCR Benelux inaugural event is made of 13 cars of four different brands: Honda (2), Opel (1), SEAT (4) and Volkswagen (5).
The Qualifying race will take place on Saturday at 10:55, while the Sprint races will start on Sunday at 11:15 (Race 2 & 3) and 17:10 (Race 4 & 5).
