The TCR Eastern Europe finale is staged at the Hungaroring

After Dušan Borković (M1RA Motorsport, Hyundai i30 N) has already secured the title during the previous event, the TCR Eastern Europe season will finish at the Hungaoring this weekend.
The focus shifts to the fight for the second position, with the 2019 champion Milovan Vesnić (ASK Vesnić, CUPRA) eager to be the runner-up. Vesnić has an advantage of 18 points over Sandro Soubek (MAIR Racing Östtirol, Audi RS 3 LMS) and Jáchym Galaš (GT2 Motorsport, Volkswagen Golf GTI).
For the Hungarian event, the series welcomes Czech drivers Tomáš Pekař (Carpek Service CUPRA) and Tomáš Korený (ACCR Czech Talent Team, Hyundai i30 N).
Pekař returns to the championship after making a successful one-off appearance last year at the Red Bull Ring, where he gave the first race win to the Vuković Motorsport Renault Mégane TCR.
