TCR Asia and TCR China race together again at Tianma, but only for Saturday's races that will count as rounds 9 and 10 for both series. TCR China competitors will race again Sunday for rounds 11 and 12 that will conclude the season, while TCR Asia's finale will be at Macau, November 19/21.
The battle for the TCR Asia title is a private affair between Shell Teamwork Lynk & Co colleagues Zhang Zhi Qiang and Ma Qing Hua who are split by four points in the standings. MG XPower Team's Rodolfo Ávila lies third, 93 points behind Zhang when 110 points remain for grasp.
The battle for TCR China is a different matter, with five drivers covered by 31 points. Ávila is the current leader, with Wang Tao (Auto Home Racing Team, MG 6) second with a gap of 10 points and Yang Xiao Wei (Z.Speed, Audi RS 3 LMS) third, two further points adrift.
The others title contenders are Ávila's teammates Zhang Zhen Dong and Cao Hong Wei who are 19 and 31 points behind the Macanese driver.
All races will be streamed live at www.tcr-series.com, Saturday at 11:45 and 15:25 local times (04:45 and 08:25 CET) and Sunday at 08:45 and 13:25 local times (01:45 and 06:25 CET).
