With immediate application, the WSC Group’s technical department has issued a new Balance of Performance bulletin.
The main change compared to the bulletin #4, dated June 10th, concerns the addition of the new CUPRA Leon Competición to the list of the homologated cars. The Spanish vehicle has been allocated the following values: 100% of engine power level, 40kg of ballast and 80mm of ride height.
It’s Minimum Racing Weight before the application of the Compensation Weight is 1305kg, the same as the Honda Civic Type R FK7 and the LADA Vesta Sport, and 25kg less than the heaviest cars: the Hyundai i30 N, Hyundai Veloster and Lynk&Co 03.
The first models of the new CUPRA will race this weekend in the TCR Italy championship.
The only other change is about the imposed parameters of the Rev Limiter and Maximum Boost Pressure for the LADA Vesta Sport; the Rev Limiter has been raised from 6750 to 6900 rpm with a consequent little increase of the Boost Pressure values.
