TCR UK postpones the season's opening event

Following a bulletin issued by Motorsport UK announcing that all racing events are suspended until at least 30th April 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak, the promoter of the TCR UK series was forced to cancel the season opener that was scheduled to take place at Silverstone on April 17/18.
Providing no further restrictions are applied the championship will kick off 6th and 7th June at Croft.
A revised date for the Silverstone round will be communicated in due course.
