Lukas Niedertscheider will race again in the ADAC TCR Germany series in 2018. After driving a SEAT León in the past season, when he scored a second place at Oschersleben as his best result, the Austrian driver will be at the wheel of Peugeot 308 TCR run by his own team Niedertscheider Motorsport.
“I’m very excited because obviously I have high expectations for the new Peugeot 308 TCR,” said Niedertscheider. “Last year it was my maiden season in the ADAC TCR Germany and I tried to take the most out of it, learning the racetracks and getting to know the other competitors well. Now I am really looking forward to convert that experience into some good results in the upcoming season.”
Martin Nidertscheider, Team Principal and Lukas’ father, added: “Having been able to sign a long-term commitment with Peugeot makes us very proud, because we are aware of how much work has been done to develop the 308 TCR.”
