TCR Australia champion Tony D’Alberto returns for 2023

TCR Australia champion Tony D’Alberto and Honda Australia have confirmed that they will return to the series in 2023. D’Alberto will continue to drive for Wall Racing in the Civic Type R that took him to the title win last year.

D’Alberto and Wall Racing have been mainstays of TCR Australia since its inception in 2019. The pair contested the inaugural season, finishing second overall. After four years in the category, they have collected two race wins and 11 podiums together.

“It's great to confirm that I'll be coming back to defend my TCR Australia title with the #1 placed on my Honda Civic Type R,” said D’Alberto. “TCR Australia is one of the best categories that I've ever been involved with, the cars are rewarding to drive, the competition is close and continues to be an affordable, market-relevant class. With the ongoing support from JAS Motorsport, plus the professionalism of Wall Racing, there is no reason why our package won’t be a force in 2023.”
