Stefano Comini, Michel Nykjær and Andrea Belicchi, the three drivers who will represent Target Competition in the TCR International Series, spent a couple of days testing at Imola.
The trio took turns at the wheel of two SEAT León Racer cars, completing more than 800 kilometres over the two days. The drivers were a bit cautious on day one, because of the rainy weather, then began pushing on day two, when the track was dry, and posted promising lap times that were all covered by a few tenths of a second.
Team Manager Andreas Gummerer commented: “We were pleased with the test, as we were able to work on set-up for both wet and dry conditions. Our three drivers are very professional and make easy for the team to work. There is an excellent feeling among them, and they also get on well with our track engineer Albert Deuring. We are now ready to go to Malaysia with a lot of confidence!”
