Sergio López will join the TCR Spain championship

Venezuelan driver Sergio López will join the TCR Spain championship from the next race meeting at MotorLand Aragón, on 31 July/1 August.
The 24-year-old López will drive a CUPRA Leon Competición for the RC2 Junior Team, a car he knows well as he has already driven it in the Campeonato de España Resistencia and in last weekend’s Coppa Italia Turismo at Vallelunga, where he won the second race.

“I’m really excited to race in TCR Spain, a championship that enjoys good international reputation and offers competitors the opportunity to measure themselves with some top-level drivers from different nationalities. It a great challenge for me and the RC2 Junior Team, but I’m confident that together we will be able to aim for important results,” said López.
