Russian drivers join TCR Italy for Monza opener

Two Russian drivers – Lev Tolkachev and Klim Gavrilov – will take part in TCR Italy’s season opening at Monza next week.
Tolkachev, who was classified 10^th in the 2018 TCR Russia championship, will be driving one of the two Honda Civic cars run by MM Motorsport alongside team’s regular Davide Nardilli.
The young Gavrilov comes from a brilliant season in last year’s TCR Russia in which he scored three race wins and finished a brilliant fifth in the standings. After starting in a Lukoil Racing Audi RS 3 LMS he switched to a Volkswagen Golf GTI run by LTA Racing and eventually took part in the TCR Europe Series finale at Barcelona.

For his Italian debut, Gavrilov will seat back in an Audi entered by LTA Racing.
