Philip Lindberg joins Insight Racing for TCR Denmark

Insight Racing will expand its participation in the 2021 TCR Denmark to three Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce cars, as Philip Lindberg will join the already confirmed Jakob Mathiassen and Norwegian Kristian Moe Sætheren.
Lindberg who comes from a couple of seasons in the Danish GT Championship has just tested the Giulietta.

“I feel comfortable with the front-wheel drive. The Alfa Romeo is an easy car to work with and it handles really well; it is in many ways a car that is easy to deal with. I was looking at TCR for several reasons, but especially because I like the possibility that we can use the very same cars in a European context. This is something we hope we can do already this year, even though 2021 will be an apprenticeship year for me,” said Lindberg who is coached by the famous Danish racer John Nielsen.
“We began last year to collaborate with; it went well and so we opted to continue. It's really good that we can build on what we have learned last year. I am here mostly as a coach to develop Philip as a driver,” explained Nielsen.
