Paolo Rocca joins ALM Motorsport for TCR Italy campaign
Paolo Rocca will complete ALM Motorsport’s three-car effort in TCR Italy alongside Levente Losonczy and Ruben Volt. They will all be at the wheel of Honda Civic Type R FL5 cars.
Rocca made his TCR Italy debut in the last event of 2021 at Vallelunga, driving a Civic FK7 for MM Motorsport; last year he took part in the full season with the same team and car, finishing 11th in the championship with a best result fourth at Monza.
“I saw my first podium result vanishing in the last lap. But now a podium would not be enough, I have greater ambitions. And I believe that premises are good. I have tested the new Honda on Easter Monday at Misano, and I found a very competitive car. And on top of this, I got along well with the team that is formed by very professional people,” said Rocca.
