Paladini Racing announced it will join the 2023 TCR South America with two Toyota Corolla cars for Fabián Yannantuoni and Juan Ángel Rosso.
The team is managed by Victor Rosso who was a title contender in the European and German Formula 3 championships during the Eighties, while his son Juan Ángel finished runner up with four race wins in last year’s TCR South America.
“I am happy to continue in TCR South America. The team is very professional and provides a perfect environment. It’s going to be an apprenticeship year, and we’ll have to work hard, but I’m confident that we have the technical expertise to aim for some good results and hopefully fighting for the title,” said Juan Ángel Rosso.
Yannantuoni, a former champion in the Turismo Nacional and race winner in TC2000, faces his debut in the series.
“I’m delighted to join TCR South America, a championship that keeps on growing year after year. The level of competition is very high, and I can’t wait to test the car. I have followed last year’s races and it’s a championship I like a lot. I know the team, the tracks and some of the other drivers, now I hope I will be able to get quickly to know the car,” he said.
