Mertel Motorsport to run three cars in TCR Eastern Europe

Germany-based Mertel Motorsport will return to TCR Eastern Europe for a second season, building on an impressive debut in 2023. Last year, the team managed by Kurt Treml ran two Honda Civic Type R FK7 cars for René Kircher and Davit Kajaia who scored three wins and were classified second and fourth in the Drivers’ championship, while Mertel Motorsport was runner-up in the Teams’ championship.

Both Kircher and Kajaia have been confirmed and they will be joined by the Austrian talented female racer Jorden Dolischka, as the team expands to a three-car line-up.
