Maximum Motorsport’s driver Max Hart was reinstated in third position of the second race of TCR UK at Castle Combe.
After being excluded for a technical infringement from the first race, which cost him the victory, Hart was disqualified again after the second race for having caused an incident with another car. This momentarily vanished his recovery from the last spot on the starting grid to the third place under the chequered flag.
However, Hart lodged an appeal against this second exclusion, appeal that was upheld by the Stewards.
This meant Hart is back into second in the standings, 23 points behind Lewis Kent, while Bradley Kent third a further five points adrift.
