Matthew Wilson has confirmed that he will return for a second season in TCR UK, staying on board with JWB Motorsport.
This also means that the team will be running two CUPRA Leon Competición cars, having previously announced George Jaxon for a first full season in the championship.
Wilson made his TCR UK debut last year, with a best finish a seventh place in the second race at Oulton Park.
“It’s great to be able to confirm my plans for 2023 and return to TCR UK. 2022 was a learning year for me and the team with the car, so now that we have that data and experience behind us, we’re looking to improve together and move forward,” said Wilson. “I showed good pace in the car last year and with the added benefit of having a team-mate this year, we can work together to improve the performance of the car.”
