Ma Qing Hua will return to Boutsen Ginion Racing for the final round of the WTCR at Macau. The 30-year-old from Shanghai will partner Tom Coronel in the Honda Civic Type R that he already raced at the Chinese events at Ningbo and Wuhan earlier in the season.
Ma replaces Tiago Monteiro, who made his comeback to racing after a 14-month injury layoff.
"I am very happy to return to the WTCR and to race the Honda Civic again. Boutsen Ginion Racing is a strong team and made me feel very welcome in the events I raced in China. Having been through that familiarisation period will help me get up-to-speed much more quickly at Macau, as will the fact that this is the first track at which I have prior experience. Together we’ve already finished in the top 10 so the aim is to have a strong weekend and continue the progress shown in Ningbo and Wuhan,” said Ma.
