Halder Motorsport returns to TCR Europe with three cars

Halder Motorsport has announced its return to the TCR Europe series for 2022, with siblings Mike and Michelle Halder making up two-thirds of a three-car team. The team’s third driver will be named in due course.

The Halders last competed in TCR Europe in 2020, with Mike remaining in contention for the Drivers’ title until the last round at Jarama thanks to race victories at Le Castellet and Barcelona while Michelle won Race 2 at Zolder on her way to finishing the season in fifteenth place. Last year the pair contested TCR Spain in a successful campaign which saw Mike winning the title and Michelle finishing third in the standings. 

As well as TCR Europe, Mike has already announced a TCR Denmark campaign with TPR Motorsport this season, although there is one date clash between the two championships.   

“We are delighted to announce that Halder Motorsport will compete with three cars in the highly competitive environment of TCR Europe,” said Michelle Halder. “We are restless for more race victories and championship titles.”
