GOAT Racing in TCR Europe with F. Fernández and Borković
After announcing its participation in the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour, GOAT Racing will run a parallel programme in TCR Europe.
In the European series, the newly-founded team will race two Honda Civic Type R FL5 cars for Felipe Fernández and Dušan Borković.
In 2023, Fernández took part in TCR Italy’s full season; he was classified 12th in the final standings, with fifth at Mugello as his best result. He also made a couple of appearances in the TCR World Tour/TCR Europe joint events at Portimão and Spa.
Borković, who had been champion in the 2020 TCR Eastern Europe, returns to the European series after scoring one race win at Pau last year.
"I am very happy I received an invitation from GOAT Racing and JAS Motorsport to drive in TCR Europe this year. It’s always a pleasure to be back to the TCR family. We are ready to face the challenge that the new season will bring and with the support of my team, to represent my country at the best on such an international platform," said Borković.
