The TCR Russia resumes at the Moscow Raceway for Rounds 9 and 10 with a new record field of 22 cars.
The event marks the maiden appearance of Efim Gantmakher, who was classified third in the 2017 Russian Superproduction series. He will make his TCR debut, driving the Neva Motorsport Cupra DSG that was previously used by Pavel Yashin who has now switched to a Cupra fitted with a sequential gearbox.
Vitaly Dudin will make his comeback at the wheel of a Volkswagen Golf GTI run by the Akhmat Racing Team. Last year at the Moscow Raceway, Dudin claimed his maiden victory in the series; he has only appeared once in the current season, in the opening event at Kazan.
