Files, Baldan and Jelmini with Target in TCR Europe

Josh Files, Nicola Baldan and Felice Jelmini are the drivers signed by Target Competition to drive the team’s three Hyundai Elantra N cars in TCR Europe. The trio completed their first test yesterday at Monza.

Files who won the TCR Europe title for Target in 2019 said: “I’m super happy to be part of this year’s TCR Europe and even happier that I’m back with Target, a team I’ve had a lot of success with. This year we will be pushing as hard as we can for the title.”

A former TCR Italy champion, Baldan said: “I am happy to continue my experience in TCR with Target Competition and Hyundai Motorsport. I am aware that I am in the right team and have a great opportunity. I will try to give my best and get the best results for me and for the team.”

Jelmini switched to Target after competing in last year’s TCR Europe with the Elantra N run by Sébastien Loeb Racing commented: “I’m really happy to return to TCR Europe and to join Target Competition, one of the best and most successful teams in recent years in Touring Car racing.”
