Denis Babuin steps up from DSG to SEQ in TCR Italy

After winning the DSG Trophy title in the 2021 TCR Italy championship, Denis Babuin will return this year at the wheel of a brand-new Audi RS 3 LMS TCR.
The car will be run by Silvano Bolzani’s Bolza Corse, the same team that serviced Babuin’s CUPRA DSG last year.
Babuin has already tested the new Audi at Misano, Varano and Mugello.
“I was immediately at ease with the car and so we worked well on the set up and found some good configurations, though we had to work a bit more to get the most out of the Hankook tyres that have a different grip from the Michelin we used last year,” Babuin said.
The team has planned to make another test at Monza before the beginning of the season.
