Darron Lewis will return to TCR UK for 2024, switching to drive a Hyundai i30 N after he raced an Audi RS 3 LMS TCR Gen1 last year for JH Racing.
The team run by James Hone moves to an expanded two-car lineup, having already confirmed Callum Newsham following last year’s campaign.
“I love my racing and taking part in TCR UK has given me that passion to continue on. Last year was a difficult year with the Audi, so I’m back in a Hyundai, which is one of the most successful brands in TCR competition globally,” explained Lewis. “I’m ready to come back and take on the new season in the new car. The Goodyear Diamond Award is in my sights; however, I just want to go out and enjoy my racing again.”
