Casagrande joins PropCar Team in TCR South America

After announcing the participation of Roy Block in three events of the 2021 TCR South America championship, PropCar Team unveiled Fabio Casagrande as his teammate at the wheel of a second Alfa Romeo Giulietta car.
Unlike Block who will take part in the events at Interlagos (Brazil), Rivera (Uruguay) and Temuco (Chile), Casagrande will compete in the full season and the team will name later Block’s replacement in the remaining events.

“Alfa Romeo is very popular in South America and our team is really motivated to take part in the inaugural season of the TCR South America championship,” said PropCar’s principal Darcio Dos Santos.

“I am thrilled to be involved in the maiden season of TCR South America with PropCar, the team that helped me to promote my racing career. I hope 2021 will be a good year for us,” said Casagrande.

“For me it’s the first time I will be racing in South America and I’m pleased to be involved in this programme with PropCar that has built itself a solid reputation in South American motorsport,” concluded Block.
