Fabio Casagrande returns to TCR South America and TCR Brasil for the 2024 season, aiming to win a third consecutive title in the South American Copa Trophy.
Casagrande will be driving again a Honda Civic Type R for Squadra Martino. The Brazilian driver joined TCR South America since the inaugural season in 2021 when he finished second in the Copa Trophy.
In 2022, together with Esteban Guerrieri, Casagrande won the endurance round in Termas de Río Hondo on his way to be classified seventh in TCR South America championship and first in the Copa Trophy. He won the Copa Trophy once again last year when he was also third in TCR Brasil’s Copa Trophy.
“I’m very pleased to confirm my participation in the 2024 season. I have started racing in TCR South America in its inaugural event back in 2021 and I’ve seen it growing up consistently since. With Squadra Martino we have already won the Copa Trophy twice and this year we go for more!” said Casagrande.
