Carlo Tamburini with MM Motorsport in TCR Italy

Following a stunning TCR debut last year in Coppa Italia Turismo, Carlo Tamburini steps up to the TCR Italy championship for 2022.
Tamburini’s maiden appearance in the 2021 Coppa Italia’s season finale at Monza ended with the 17-year-old winning both races at the wheel of a MM Motorsport-run Honda Civic Type R. This led team and driver to confirm their cooperation for a full TCR Italy campaign.
“I’m training like crazy! Gym, simulator and track test every time is possible,” said Tamburini. “Monza last year was a great first step, but I’m aware that TCR Italy is a more competitive series. I’ve got a lot to learn, but I’m sure I can do well.”
