Butti joins BRC Hyundai for TCR World Tour at Vallelunga

The BRC Racing Team-run squad expands its line-up to three Hyundai Elantra N cars for this weekend’s Kumho TCR World Tour-TCR Italian Festival event at Vallelunga.

The team’s regulars Norbert Michelisz and Mikel Azcona are joined by the 18-year-old Italian Marco Butti who is part of the Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing Junior Driver programme.

Team Principal of BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse Gabriele Rizzo said: “We are happy to be welcoming Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing Junior Driver Marco Butti to our team for this weekend. It is a demonstration of our close co-operation with Hyundai Motorsport, and we are pleased to provide Marco with a platform to both showcase his talents and grow as a driver.”

Butti added: “I am thrilled to be joining the TCR World Tour event in Vallelunga. I am determined to apply everything I have learned so far in the Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing Junior Driver programme and give it my all.
