Ben Bargwanna continues with Peugeot in TCR Australia

Rising star Ben Bargwanna will return to TCR Australia; he will again link up with Garry Rogers Motorsport, competing in one of the team’s race winning Peugeot 308 cars.

This second season follows a successful campaign last year where Bargwanna finished tenth in the championship and won the Michelin Cup as top placed rookie.

Bargwanna scored his best result at the Bathurst finale, achieving his maiden pole position and podium in the opening race, finishing a narrow second to GRM teammate Aaron Cameron.

“I learnt a lot last year and as the season went on the results started to build. I love racing these TCR cars and challenging the best young drivers in the country, and some older experienced drivers as well. For 2022 we want to challenge for regular top five, take podiums and win races,” Ben said.
