When the ADAC TCR Germany championship resumes this weekend at Hockenheim, Szymon Ładniak will take part at the wheel of a Honda Civic Type R run by the Halder Motorsport team.
This is the car that is usually raced by Michelle Halder and her bother Mike – who was runner up in the 2017 TCR Germany and is currently leading the standings of TCR Spain – will act as team manager.
“We are happy that it worked out and are already looking forward to the weekend. We want to get the most out of it and achieve the best possible results," Mike Halder said.
This is the second change of vehicle in the current season for Ładniak. The 18-year-old Polish driver had raced for GT2 Motorsport in a Volkswagen Golf GTI in the first three events; the car was seriously damaged in an incident at the Lausitzring, which forced Ładniak to miss the following event at Hockenheim and the switch to a CUPRA DSG for the Sachsenring.
