Mayke Naderer, 17-year-old karting racer from Brazil, will be awarded with a test in a TCR car at the end of the season.
The award, promoted by Brazil’s National Sporting Authority CBA and TCR Brasil, is reserved for karting drivers younger than 18; Naderer, who classified fourth in the Graduados category during the Copa Brasil de Kart in Penha, emerged as the best of this class of age.
“I have resumed my karting career after three years of break due to the pandemic and I couldn’t imagine to be awarded with the TCR test that will give me the first opportunity to drive a racing car in a circuit. I’m so excited because I know that this will be an unforgettable experience.” Naderer said.
Maurício Slaviero, promoter of TCR Brasil echoed: “We are delighted to offer Mayke his very first experience in a racing car. With his results, he has proved he deserves it. This has been made possible by BRB’s vision of motorsports that results in full support from karting to the most important national categories.”
