17 cars in TCR China-TCR Asia North season opener

A field of 17-cars will race at Shanghai Jiading International Circuit in the opening event of the TCR China championship and the TCR Asia North Cup.
Chinese manufacturers Lynk & Co and MG take the lion's share, providing nine cars. 
Shell Teamwork run three Lynk & Co 03 cars for the 2020 Drivers' champion Ma Qing Hua, last year's Macau Guia Race winner Jason Zhang and the Hong-Konger Sunny Wong who clinched the TCR China title in 2019.
The Teams' title defender MG XPower Team answer with four MG 6 cars, having confirmed Macau's Rodolfo Ávila and Zhang Zhen Dong who were classified second and third in last year's championship. They are joined by Martin Cao (2014 champion of the British F3 International Series) and Yan Chuang.
Two other MG cars are entered by the Auto Home Racing Team that was running Lynk & Co cars in 2020. 
Rob Huff’s team Huffsport TM returns to TCR competition after one year, fielding two Audi RS 3 LMS cars for Yang Xi and Ken Tian.
The field is completed by the two Audi RS 3 LMS cars from 326 Motorsport, the ZZRT Volkswagen Golf GTI and the Z.Speed-run trio made of one VW Golf GTI, one Audi DSG and one CUPRA DSG.
