Hong Kong-based TeamWork Motorsport will make its maiden appearance in the TCR International Series next week at Sepang International Circuit.
The outfit managed by Paul Hui has entered two Volkswagen Golf GTi cars for Macau’s Kevin Tse Wing Kin and William O’Brien, born in the USA, but now resident in Hong Kong, the very same paring that is currently taking part in the TCR Asia series.
A former champion in the Macau Roadsport Series and the Asian Le Mans Series’ CN class, Tse is currently lying in second position in the TCR Asia standings, behind Andy Yan.
O’Brien’s has put together most of his racing experience in China, with some success in the Zhuhai Pan-Delta Racing Festival; earlier this year he has claimed a class win in the Zhuhai 500 km race.
